Part-Time Call Center Representative - We have an opening for a part-time Call Center Representative based in Ellsworth. Responsibilities include providing professional and confidential customer service by answering incoming telephone calls with courtesy and efficiency while accurately processing a wide variety of banking transactions and providing appropriate product recommendations to bank customers. This is an excellent opportunity if you have been considering banking as a career. Experience in sales and prior call center work is helpful; on the job training is provided. This position is 25 hours per week, year round.
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience is required with a minimum of 3 years in a customer service environment. Working knowledge of Windows is essential for this position. An individual who enjoys being part of a fast paced, team environment will be best matched for this position.
