PRESIDENT OF BAR HARBOR TRUST SERVICES
Bar Harbor Trust Services, a subsidiary of Bar Harbor Bank & Trust, is seeking a motivated leader to support our rapidly growing Trust Department. Reporting to the President and CEO of Bar Harbor Bank & Trust, this position serves as a member of the Senior Management Team supporting the Company's objectives and strategic planning initiatives.
Responsibilities include oversight of the trust administration, investment management, and financial advisory services. Business development activities, staff mentoring, regulatory compliance and profitability oversight are vital components of this position. The ideal candidate must have proven leadership and communication skills.
A Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or closely related field is desired. A thorough knowledge of tax, probate and fiduciary laws and practices is required. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years in a similar or related position.
