- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with special needs - Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment - Provide instruction and support in accordance with students' IEPs - Assess and monitor students' progress, and make necessary adjustments to instructional strategies - Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure students' needs are met - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports Requirements:
- Teacher of Students with Disabilities (282) endorsement - Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred) - Valid state certification or license in Special Education - Experience working with students with special needs - Strong knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and best practices - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Benefits of Working for Spindle:
