Resort Manager responsibilities include ensuring the resort is well-run, managing staff, and providing guests with excellent service.
The target is to ensure excellent customer service and ensure the resort runs smoothly.
Ultimately, you will help grow the brand by attracting new guests and retaining current customers.
Requirements:
Experience in hotel management or sales Experience in guest service and customer service Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously Must be able to work weekends Ability to work evening and weekend shifts Must be able to work some holidays Background check required High school diploma or equivalent required
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the resort including scheduling, staffing, marketing, equipment maintenance, guest services and other functions as needed.
Ensure quality standards are met for all services and products offered by the resort Manage guest experience including ensuring that guests are treated respectfully and with compassion.
Create fun & inclusive workplace by encouraging teamwork, open communication, problem solving and creativity.
