The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, managing staff, and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
The Office Manager will also be responsible for maintaining office supplies and equipment, as well as developing and implementing office policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
Manage office staff and ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Organize and maintain office files and records.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
Day-to-day bookkeeping and billing using Quickbooks and time/billing software.
Manage office supplies and equipment.
Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
