Part-Time Purchasing Specialist - One of Maine's strongest financial institutions is seeking an Administrative Services Specialist to join our growing team. This position is part-time and based in Ellsworth. Responsibilities include working with company vendors to order, track and distribute inventory and supplies. Completes all necessary paperwork related to purchasing and assists with the efficient operation of the mail room and postal related activities.
If you multi-task well, possess strong communication, organizational and time management skills, and take pride in carrying out your responsibilities with accuracy, then this position may be for you. The successful candidate with be self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively to complete a variety of tasks. We offer a flexible, 20-25 hour per week work schedule.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
